01What do I get in each box?
One 2G dual-chamber disposable with two strains (side A and side B), filled with melted diamonds, live resin and premium cannabis oil, plus an infused pre-roll. Every box carries a scan-to-authenticate QR seal.
02How do I switch flavors?
Press the button once to change sides. Press it twice to preheat, three times to change the voltage, and five times to turn the device on or off.
03What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order over $250, including all wholesale packs. Orders under $250 ship for a flat $19.99, to any US state or internationally.
04How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday once payment is confirmed and usually arrive within 2–3 business days in the USA, by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships.
05Which payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Bitcoin, bank transfer and Western Union. Pick one at checkout and we email you the payment details; your order ships once payment is confirmed.
06Can I mix flavors in a wholesale pack?
Yes. Every pack can mix any of the five flavor pairs. Tell us your split in the Flavor mix box on the wholesale page or in your order notes, or leave it blank for an even mix.
